Gratitude on a sunny Sunday

I am grateful today.

I am grateful for this weekend’s New Moon in Capricorn. I was inspired to create a healing mist (label to the right). I’m selling a limited edition at The Sacred Well, and giving the rest away.

I am grateful for how paleo intermittent fasting is making me feel. I like this narrow eating window. I’m finding a window of 9.5–10 hours seems to work just fine. And oh boy I really look forward to breaking my fast every day, sometime between 10:45 and noon.

I am grateful for my partner in making ritual takeaways. I get so inspired by this. Imbolc is coming and we are getting together next weekend to make very nifty takeaways for our coveners.

I am grateful that I’m on the downslope for finishing up the new Magnolias West website. I don’t have a launch date yet, but maybe soon! Here’s a sneak peek at the new logo!

I am grateful for being around to watch my daughter develop as the beautiful young woman she is.

I am grateful for the beautiful woman I have become! Seriously. Really. Just be thankful yourself you didn’t know me twenty years ago!

I am grateful for my tribe, my subscribers, my colleagues, my niche-mates.

I’m grateful for gratitude practice.
