gratitude friday 10/10

Autumn chill is in the air. Fleece jacket in the morning. A little cooler every day. I’m grateful for toasty warm clothes and layers of blankets on my bed.

I’m grateful for morning gratitude lists.

I’m grateful for feeling better.

I’m grateful for car insurance.

I’m grateful to have asked and now I know—my rates won’t go up after this claim.

I’m grateful to be in the third rental car; now I have a good one. Comfy. Brand-new. Ford Fusion. With satellite radio and plenty of room. Good thing, as the repair will last at least another eleven days. And then the warranty repair. Sheesh. Good to have a reliable and comfortable vehicle in the interim.

I’m grateful for my health. And for the fact that I’m starting to feel better.

I’m grateful for my chiropractor.

Life is good and I am blessed.

Sharing birthday and Day of the Dead happiness — a gift for you!

I’m a barely tamed hippie, sage, seasoned, sarcastic (not all the time any more, but still). I’m a mom, a daughter, sister, a neighbor, and a friend. I’ve been on this meandering journey — like you, probably — seeking a better connection to and experience of peace, harmony, and fun in every bit of life. I’m single, quite good at it, and mostly love it. I’m here for the conversations I get to have with you, which these days center on exploring the mystery and beauty of life, work, health, aging, and creative expression.
