gratitude friday 3/14

I am so grateful this morning! Life is good. It’s almost spring and I am at peace. Loving new life in bloom all around me. Buds and flowers and seedlings everywhere I look.

I’m glad to be in coaching. As a client, as a coach. I’m glad to be holding space for my own growth and accountability as well as for the people I’m privileged to coach.

I’m grateful for acupuncture and every chance to improve my health.

I’m grateful to be comfortable in my size six jeans. Really really.

I’m grateful to have done my yoga this morning and every morning except one for over a month.

I’m grateful to have had tea with a friend last night. My heart goes out to her and I pray for her in her time of challenge.

I am blessed. Life is good. Hula is kicking my ass and I love it anyway.

I am grateful to be loving my women’s spirituality community. This rocks.

Blessed be.

I’m a barely tamed hippie, sage, seasoned, sarcastic (not all the time any more, but still). I’m a mom, a daughter, sister, a neighbor, and a friend. I’ve been on this meandering journey — like you, probably — seeking a better connection to and experience of peace, harmony, and fun in every bit of life. I’m single, quite good at it, and mostly love it. I’m here for the conversations I get to have with you, which these days center on exploring the mystery and beauty of life, work, health, aging, and creative expression.
