gratitude friday 3/28

End of March already? Wow. Life is amazing. Goes by so swiftly.

I am grateful. I am so grateful. I asked someone I like to spend a day with me and she smiled and said yes. I’m happy.

I’m grateful I decided to not go to the big lindy hop event last night. Too pricey. Parking. Bridge closures. Enough is enough.

I’m grateful for technology being copasetic today.

I’m grateful for indulging myself in a new Scottoline mystery. Fun.

I’m grateful for my work friend Robert and his help. On so many levels.

I’m grateful for the ease with which my work is progressing; leaving ample time to complete things really really helps.

I’m grateful for my improved health the last few days.

I’m grateful for lots of sleep and yoga practice every morning.

I’m grateful for receiving my 17-year sobriety chip last night. Mmmm, nice.

I’m grateful to be living this life. Human, perfect in my imperfection, loving, breathing, and dancing my way through each moment with which I am gifted.

Blessed be.

Sue

I’m a barely tamed hippie, sage, seasoned, sarcastic (not all the time any more, but still). I’m a mom, a daughter, sister, a neighbor, and a friend. I’ve been on this meandering journey — like you, probably — seeking a better connection to and experience of peace, harmony, and fun in every bit of life. I’m single, quite good at it, and mostly love it. I’m here for the conversations I get to have with you, which these days center on exploring the mystery and beauty of life, work, health, aging, and creative expression.
