gratitude friday 3/7

I’m grateful to be on top of things that matter to others—more than ever. I remember birthdays and acknowledge them…two this week. Believe me, it didn’t used to be this way. At all. I am blessed with wonderful people in my life and I am grateful.

I am grateful for lots of work. Varied projects. Fun. Challenging.

I am grateful that the police action on my threshold seems to be over for now. I pray for everyone involved.

rosemags.jpgI am grateful for my daughter’s visit yesterday. For her responding to my call. suemags.jpgThe magnolias are in amazing bloom. I’ll give you gas money. Can you get here? And she did. Our photo session, our ongoing project that has lasted her entire life of taking pix with the magnolias as a backdrop goes on. I am amazed pleased and blown away that this springtime event has become important to Rose as well. Who knows how many more of these we get? I am blessed.

I am grateful to have given myself the gift of the time with my kid.

I’m grateful for working with my coach again. Nice to have her active support.

I am grateful to be present today and to be patient with the endless sneezes my body produces during this season.

Blessed be.

I’m a barely tamed hippie, sage, seasoned, sarcastic (not all the time any more, but still). I’m a mom, a daughter, sister, a neighbor, and a friend. I’ve been on this meandering journey — like you, probably — seeking a better connection to and experience of peace, harmony, and fun in every bit of life. I’m single, quite good at it, and mostly love it. I’m here for the conversations I get to have with you, which these days center on exploring the mystery and beauty of life, work, health, aging, and creative expression.
