gratitude friday 5/9

Friday morning. Sunny. Cool. I’m up and in my life. And I’m grateful. Grateful for hula and all the activity around our ho’ike (graduation performance and party). Costumes to make. Gifts to make.

And I’m grateful for the my reaction to the release of the $20 bill that fell out of my pocket at class. Sigh. I hope whoever found it can use it. And I’m sure that’s true. Circulation. Unintended. And for me: wear pants with better pockets!

I’m grateful for being productive. For being accountable. For working hard. And for enjoying my work. That would be the best part of all.

I’m grateful for the weekend coming up.

And for my coaching practice. I have four clients now and I love that. Feeling the variety and the flow. People are different and the coaching is different. I love this.

I’m grateful for my health and vitality. I am blessed. And I continue to pray for the health and healing of my cherished daughter. I see her whole complete and well. Blessed be.

I’m a barely tamed hippie, sage, seasoned, sarcastic (not all the time any more, but still). I’m a mom, a daughter, sister, a neighbor, and a friend. I’ve been on this meandering journey — like you, probably — seeking a better connection to and experience of peace, harmony, and fun in every bit of life. I’m single, quite good at it, and mostly love it. I’m here for the conversations I get to have with you, which these days center on exploring the mystery and beauty of life, work, health, aging, and creative expression.
