Woohoo! The solstice has come and gone. Today there will be a little more light than yesterday.
Friday’s ritual went so well. What a wonderful experience. I am still tingling from it.
I am so blessed to have the opportunity to participate as much as I did. It was such a learning and growth experience for me.
I really liked the depth of collaboration. Kismet and Manea really walked me through this new territory with exquisite care for my fear and learning curve. I feel quite lucky.
I’m grateful for AA meetings; I’m glad I go to four a week now. I’m more grounded as a result, and loving life more.
I’m grateful for my marathon gift-making day on Saturday. I burned 14 CDs and made 19 tins and jars of my tea mix. With custom labels, with baby pix of me on the labels. And wrapped them all. With cloth and string. Which is very very hard to do.
And I’m grateful for the baby present I’m sending to Joseph Elmer Davis Laine, Dustin’s new baby. I found a crafts fair Saturday and bought a handmade baby hat.
Life is so full. I’m blessed.
Awww, you just needed a little push…then you were off like a rocket! A dancing, celebrating, ass shaking rocket!!! You were perfect and I hope that Ama-No-Uzume reminds you that sometimes when all else isn’t working, that you just need to shake your groove thang!
Much love,
Kismet
Well. Yeah. My stage fright evaporated the instant the drumming started. Magic was definitely afoot!
