I’m grateful to be alive and healthy. I’m about 80% recovered from my resp infection relapse. I am so glad about that. So grateful.
I’m grateful to be feeling more fit. To be more energetic. That is completely lovely. Nice to feel younger than my age again.
I’m grateful to have gotten out around people again. Went dancing 2x, had the best fun. Good dances. Discovered that my old smaller shoes are much better for me than the bigger ones that have insoles in them. Sigh. The ongoing shoe conversation…
I am grateful to get professional attention to my health. I am trying out Network chiro again with my sister’s prac. I like her and I remember feeling better with Network before. Think I’ll give it another try. And I’m grateful that my nutritional doc worked with me to simplify my supplements. I’m taking less of them, simpler and less spendy. Just what I requested. Ouch it was painful to throw away a giant shopping bag of supps I’m no longer taking. Oh well.
I’m very grateful that a friend helped me get my new table. That it’s now here. That I got to spend time with T and get to know her; I like her. Double treat.
And for dinner at my sister’s. For the call I got from her saying she wanted to see me. And for the lovely gift of a Hamsa hand (also called Miriam hand), for protection. Looks a lot like this. Protects; wards off evil. What a fabulous gift. What a fabulous sister. And what a yummy meal. Barbara’s all Meditteranean-inspired in her food now and boy it’s yummy! I loved seeing her pix of family I’ve mostly never met. And for seeing 90-year-old Fanya, whom I remember from my childhood. Another gift.
I’m grateful for taking the night off and resting.
Life is lovely!
