gratitude monday 6/7

bracoHow amazing.

I move through my life willing to take on new experiences, new practices, that are intended to enhance and improve my way of being in my body, in my relationships, in my business, in my community, in my world.

Simply on the recommendation of my nutrition doctor, who has been an important healer and source of information in my life, I made plans to go to three gazings made by Braco, a Croatian healer who doesn’t speak in public, but who stands and gazes at the people who come to see him.

While I didn’t experience any immediate changes in the time I was in the audience, I did experience a lovely feeling of calm, happiness, peace and loving energy. And then, last night, I was amazed to notice and I am thrilled to report that the back spasm that I was moving through for the previous five days is gone. G.O.N.E.

I carried photos and mental images of other loved ones with me, and am totally prepared to hear from them that they are also experiencing more ease and relief in their lives.

And for me, I stand in the total willingness to feel better and better and to be totally open to healing.

I am also very grateful for the loving magical time spent with my Amazon sisters. So wonderful.

And for the imminent launch of Magnolias West, the new business entity that allows me to offer my design, coaching and branding services all in one place.

I am completely blessed and poised to move easily through a very productive week. In service. In love. In gratitude.

I’m a barely tamed hippie, sage, seasoned, sarcastic (not all the time any more, but still). I’m a mom, a daughter, sister, a neighbor, and a friend. I’ve been on this meandering journey — like you, probably — seeking a better connection to and experience of peace, harmony, and fun in every bit of life. I’m single, quite good at it, and mostly love it. I’m here for the conversations I get to have with you, which these days center on exploring the mystery and beauty of life, work, health, aging, and creative expression.
