gratitude sunday 3/27

I’ve been lazy about posting my gratitudes.

Don’t know why…so much going on.

  • And I’m breathing, in and out, all day every day and for that I’m grateful.
  • And I’m moving, standing on my strong legs, moving, dancing, and for that I’m grateful
  • And I’m spinning music at dances every now and then, sharing the music I love with others, and for that I’m grateful.
  • I’m doing a seven-day cleanse, day four is almost over, and for that I’m grateful.
  • I have seedlings in the ground and more ready to go in, yummy greens, and for that I’m grateful.
  • I have friends and sisters of choice whom I love and for that I’m grateful.
  • I have my sister and we have an amazing relationship and for that I’m grateful.
  • I’m an awesome good cook and for that I’m grateful.
  • I brew the world’s best kombucha ad for that I’m grateful.
  • I have a lovely daughter who lights up my life and for that I’m grateful.
  • I am making good art and preparing for my art show and for that I’m grateful.
  • I have technology that meets my needs and for that I’m grateful.
  • My car is running and I haven’t seen a check engine light in days and days and days and for that I’m grateful.
  • I share these blessings because doing so grounds me in gratitude. And for that I’m grateful!

My gratitude jar

I’m a barely tamed hippie, sage, seasoned, sarcastic (not all the time any more, but still). I’m a mom, a daughter, sister, a neighbor, and a friend. I’ve been on this meandering journey — like you, probably — seeking a better connection to and experience of peace, harmony, and fun in every bit of life. I’m single, quite good at it, and mostly love it. I’m here for the conversations I get to have with you, which these days center on exploring the mystery and beauty of life, work, health, aging, and creative expression.
