gratitude thursday 10/2

Gratitude. Early morning gratitude. Up early today to give an airport ride to my sister.

I am grateful for six hours of good sleep.

I am grateful for this body, the vehicle of my consciousness.

I am grateful for dedication to positive thought.

I am grateful for friendly faces and compassionate smiles.

I am grateful for talent and experience.

I am grateful for a happy client.

I am grateful for a sense of humor.

I am grateful for the ability to restrain my tongue and pen—that was a tough one to learn.

I am grateful for knowing that just as the light is going, it will then return.

I am grateful for family.

I am grateful for running in place and jumping jacks, for pumping my heart and feeling the endorphins release.

Life is good and I am blessed.

Sharing birthday and Day of the Dead happiness — a gift for you!

I’m a barely tamed hippie, sage, seasoned, sarcastic (not all the time any more, but still). I’m a mom, a daughter, sister, a neighbor, and a friend. I’ve been on this meandering journey — like you, probably — seeking a better connection to and experience of peace, harmony, and fun in every bit of life. I’m single, quite good at it, and mostly love it. I’m here for the conversations I get to have with you, which these days center on exploring the mystery and beauty of life, work, health, aging, and creative expression.
