gratitude thursday 10/30

Gratitude. Samhain season gratitude. Witches and owls. Brooms and blessings. Ancestors. Pictures of mom and her mother and her grandmother and my father’s mother and sister on my altar.

Circling with beautiful women of all ages. Sitting around a fire in the chilly late autumn air.

I’m grateful for seeing every woman I meet as a goddess.

I’m grateful for seeing every person I meet as an expression of divine energy.

I’m grateful for every moment I am not annoyed. Blessed be!

I’m grateful for the beautiful job the printer has done with D’s cards.

I’m grateful for the opportunity to discuss my health with my herbalist. To keep moving forward toward better health.

I’m grateful for a lovely lunch with a business colleague. Eating outside in sunshine.

I’m grateful for activity and possibility and a good attitude.

All is well. I am grateful. Blessed be.

I’m a barely tamed hippie, sage, seasoned, sarcastic (not all the time any more, but still). I’m a mom, a daughter, sister, a neighbor, and a friend. I’ve been on this meandering journey — like you, probably — seeking a better connection to and experience of peace, harmony, and fun in every bit of life. I’m single, quite good at it, and mostly love it. I’m here for the conversations I get to have with you, which these days center on exploring the mystery and beauty of life, work, health, aging, and creative expression.
