gratitude thursday 3/27

I’m grateful. Rested. Feeling better the last two days.

I’m grateful for morning yoga. For drinking lots of water. For the fact that my skin is responding to all the hydration. Yes, vanity drives so many of my health decisions!

I’m grateful for varying my diet. More fresh yummy fish.

I’m grateful for the work. For my clients.

I’m grateful for my empowering schedule. I am being so productive.

And for the workshop I get to give in two weeks. I sent out a bazillion emails yesterday promoting the conference and my workshop. Good for me.

I am grateful for the comments I’ve gotten back from people wishing me luck.  Wishing me well.

I’m grateful for the gym.

I’m grateful for client comments, like the one I got last night, saying This is great. Mmmmmmm.

I’m grateful for calla lilies and the colors of spring all around me. For flowers on my altar.

Life is lovely. And so it is.

    I’m so glad I can catch up on what’s going on with you through these gratitudes. I’ll be at your conference talk, lucky me. I too have been eating fish. Change is good. You inspire me to get some flowers in my house this week.
