gratitude thursday 4/24

I am here. I am breathing. I am present. I am grateful. I am ready for this intense time of cleansing to come to an end. Tomorrow is the last day of this vitamin C flush. It feels great and it’s tiring. I am ready to be done.

I am grateful; I have a date with an intriguing woman She called me and I said yes! What I envisioned has come to pass and I didn’t duck out of the way. Nice.

I am so grateful for my amazon sisters. The buzz of activity around our next gathering is wonderful. Lots of opportunity to speak and be heard and listen. Bonding.

And for my sister, and for telling her how bad I feel about her getting a parking ticket in front of my house. Releasing my guilt.

I am grateful that I got to the gym last night.

For lunch with my landlady, brainstorming a website for this place she created, this place where I get to live.

I am grateful for this learning curve flattening out, for learning about web development, for understanding.

I am grateful. I am blessed. Life is juicy and rich.

Sharing birthday and Day of the Dead happiness — a gift for you!

I’m a barely tamed hippie, sage, seasoned, sarcastic (not all the time any more, but still). I’m a mom, a daughter, sister, a neighbor, and a friend. I’ve been on this meandering journey — like you, probably — seeking a better connection to and experience of peace, harmony, and fun in every bit of life. I’m single, quite good at it, and mostly love it. I’m here for the conversations I get to have with you, which these days center on exploring the mystery and beauty of life, work, health, aging, and creative expression.
