gratitude wednesday 12/10

Wednesday morning. Moon waxing, approaching full. Ritual this Friday. Yay!

I’m grateful for my life. Full of possibility and wonder.

I’m grateful for creativity and great work partners and my sister Barbara and friends and for my daughter Rose.

I’m grateful I get to see my daughter this weekend; a real treat.

I’m grateful for the thrum of love and attraction with which I get blessed from time to time, usually by surprise. It’s wonderful to have those moments. To be present to hope and juicy flirty fun.

I’m grateful for the opportunity to be on the board of the Sustainable Business Alliance. It’s a real growth opportunity for me. And I get to work with a lovely and brilliant young web guy. Cool.

I’m grateful for spur-of-the-moment fun. Walking out of the SBA meeting last night, running into a friend who was headed to a movie. And — poof! — deciding to go to a movie with him. Sadly the movie was terrible. Happily, the interlude and the company were just fine.

I am blessed with a lovely life. Today is full and rich with opportunity. Blessed be.

Sharing birthday and Day of the Dead happiness — a gift for you!

I’m a barely tamed hippie, sage, seasoned, sarcastic (not all the time any more, but still). I’m a mom, a daughter, sister, a neighbor, and a friend. I’ve been on this meandering journey — like you, probably — seeking a better connection to and experience of peace, harmony, and fun in every bit of life. I’m single, quite good at it, and mostly love it. I’m here for the conversations I get to have with you, which these days center on exploring the mystery and beauty of life, work, health, aging, and creative expression.
