I am grateful this morning. I worked all day yesterday and almost everything I’ve installed on my new computer functions just fine. And those that don’t—I have reasonable workarounds and don’t have to solve them. One nagging thing is iChat and for that I even have a workaround. Until I decide to upgrade the laptop’s OS I’m doing great.
I’m grateful for a productive day.
I’m grateful for spiritual awareness and closeness to spirit all through the day.
I’m grateful for knowing that all is well.
I am grateful for health. For friends. For laughter. For flexibility, both physical and emotional. For learning. For smarts.
I’m grateful for reaching out and asking M to go to dinner or a movie with me. For continuing to walk the walk of someone who dates. I am a woman who goes on dates. Wow.
I am grateful to have my lovely shawl to wear that I made with my own hands. I like wearing it while I’m hanging on the couch watching TV.
I’m grateful for The Wire on TV. Good television. Good stuff.
I’m grateful for walking the farmers market in the rain yesterday. Lookin’ for pears and sauerkraut to no avail. Half the vendors didn’t show. Winter is here.
I’m grateful for artichokes and avocados being available in January. I’m grateful for my commitment to locally grown produce and for my flexibility; there are some foods this body likes to eat year-round.
I’m grateful for being a localvore. I now read conditioner labels and buy stuff in recyclable containers that was made nearby. As nearby as possible.
Life is good. The goddess is near. Spirit is present. I am connected to love and abundance. Joy is in the house. And so it is.
