I am grateful. I am blessed and grateful. I am finding myself quiet and mindful and in a lovely state of anticipation of the initiation tonight. My new community, my spiritual sisters.
I am — much to my amazement — doing yoga again. I have a wonderful yoga book I’ve never used (unfortunately titled Yoga for Wimps). I’ve done a workout for an hour each yesterday and today and I feel great! I got out of bed before 6:30 today to do another yoga workout. My shoulders and lungs are open, and it feels so good.
I am enjoying the beautiful weather, sunshine and mild temps. I had a great time dancing to the wonderful solo blues musician at the farmers market yesterday.
I am finding myself much more fluid in my home. I moved all the lighting around yesterday. Still not quite right, and I’ll keep on playing with it. Nice to be less rigid.
I am grateful for Karen hosting me in Portland tomorrow and the next night. Lucky. Good to have friends.
I am grateful for my work, my health, my friends and my juicy life.
I am so grateful that I am willing to shake up my food. My intuition tells me I need more variety and I’m trying it. I’m actually prepping and eating salads, which I wasn’t doing for years. I felt much better than usual last night after eating dinner. I love my informed and intuitive experimentation on my body.
