gratitude wednesday 3/5

I’m grateful to be awake and stretched and flexed and having breathed and meditated this morning. I’m grateful for my practices that help me every day to feel good about myself my life and my world and all the wonderful people in it.

I’m grateful for the workshop last night on creating powerful workshops. I learned plenty. I’m grateful for my SBA peeps; friends and friends-to-be. I’m grateful for being asked to (finally!) participate in SBA’s marketing efforts. It is my wish to be visible and active in this group and things are aligning for me to get the chance.

I’m grateful for a beautiful day yesterday. The yummiest time of year in the bay area. Or one of the two (October is amazing too). Exquisitely blue sky. Mild breezes. Lunch with a wonderful client. New projects.

I’m grateful to be busy. I love being busy.

I’m grateful for friendly people in shops on Telegraph Avenue, where I spent some time before the workshop. I spent $3 and had more than that amount’s worth of fun exploring and chatting.

I’m grateful for Lhasa Karnak and fresh herbs. Bought zatar and peppermint tea and some mint tea blends. Fresh fresh fresh and affordable.

I’m grateful to be. To breathe. To smile. Life is good.

Sharing birthday and Day of the Dead happiness — a gift for you!

I’m a barely tamed hippie, sage, seasoned, sarcastic (not all the time any more, but still). I’m a mom, a daughter, sister, a neighbor, and a friend. I’ve been on this meandering journey — like you, probably — seeking a better connection to and experience of peace, harmony, and fun in every bit of life. I’m single, quite good at it, and mostly love it. I’m here for the conversations I get to have with you, which these days center on exploring the mystery and beauty of life, work, health, aging, and creative expression.
