gratitude wednesday 4/8

Grateful grateful grateful.

For my new life as a gardener. Got a half barrel for $20, rolled it out of the car and into position, found just enough dirt and mulch to fill it and planted my peppermint in it. Next I will get spearmint and St John’s wort in it and watch it go to town.

It’s raining! Rained yesterday, looks like rain today. And maybe the next few days. Bring it, bring on the rain!

I’m grateful for body work. My knee is actually feeling better! Such a blessing. I love Norma’s work.

I’m grateful that I finally have relief with what was feeling like a permanent condition of intestinal distress. Sheesh…lasted three years. Thank goodness for Joshua and his healing herbs. I am so glad I stepped out of resignation and gave his healing a try. I am better!

I’m grateful for honesty and willingness. I stand in the truth—most of the time!

I’m grateful for the upcoming full moon and our Grove of Artemis ritual on Friday. I’ve done the research for the astro report on the Libra full moon lunation. Even-handedness and equilibrium balancing the Aries headstrong gotta-get-it-now energy. In (very) short. I’ll post the full report when it’s finished.

I’m grateful that my Toto toilet is working as it should again. I now own a plunger! I plunged a toilet for the first time in my life on Monday. Sheesh.

I’m a grateful gal. Blessed be.

I’m a barely tamed hippie, sage, seasoned, sarcastic (not all the time any more, but still). I’m a mom, a daughter, sister, a neighbor, and a friend. I’ve been on this meandering journey — like you, probably — seeking a better connection to and experience of peace, harmony, and fun in every bit of life. I’m single, quite good at it, and mostly love it. I’m here for the conversations I get to have with you, which these days center on exploring the mystery and beauty of life, work, health, aging, and creative expression.
