gratitude wednesday 5/20

How random. When I log into my blog-posting area, it’s auto-populated by whatever page I was last visiting. This time you were going to get a map of an address in San Francisco. Hmm, some kind of surreal art form. Maybe I’ll keep that content next time. Or not. Early morning thoughts.

I am so grateful this morning. I am grateful for improving health. My knee is getting better. I danced for an hour last week pain-free. And I’ve only had three knee ouches in the interval between my body work treatments.

And my belly is getting better too. Still wildly inconsistent, sadly, yet more good days than not. Hooray.

Happy that my daughter’s bout of scary heavy bleeding has abated. Poor thing was so freaked. As was I.

Grateful to have participated in the celebration of Peter’s life yesterday. A privilege.

Grateful to have met his family and expressed love and compassion.

Grateful for my new coaching client. May there be many more! Another consultation tomorrow….

Grateful to have met Avery (Raspberry) yesterday. There is nothing like the feeling of a newborn’s skin. He is beautiful. I love my family of choice!

I’m grateful grateful grateful.

Sharing birthday and Day of the Dead happiness — a gift for you!

I’m a barely tamed hippie, sage, seasoned, sarcastic (not all the time any more, but still). I’m a mom, a daughter, sister, a neighbor, and a friend. I’ve been on this meandering journey — like you, probably — seeking a better connection to and experience of peace, harmony, and fun in every bit of life. I’m single, quite good at it, and mostly love it. I’m here for the conversations I get to have with you, which these days center on exploring the mystery and beauty of life, work, health, aging, and creative expression.
