gratitude wednesday 6/11

I’m grateful. I’m very very grateful. For

warm weather
salad from the garden
greens of all varieties
a good book (Richard Russo’s Bridge of Sighs)
sandals that fit comfortably and look okay
my new haircut, short short short
work going well
Tarot studies
eating well
committing to whatever it takes to heal
positive intentions
working out at the gym
my beautiful bed
flowers and succulents
taking on challenges and learning

The cards I’ve drawn over the last three days have had something in common.3cards.png

See the towers in the Moon card, the pillars in the Hierophant (center) card, and the two double wands holding up the chuppah in the four of Wands card? Support, structure, balance. A recurring theme. Cool to be observing this. Very cool.

Blessed be.

Sharing birthday and Day of the Dead happiness — a gift for you!

I’m a barely tamed hippie, sage, seasoned, sarcastic (not all the time any more, but still). I’m a mom, a daughter, sister, a neighbor, and a friend. I’ve been on this meandering journey — like you, probably — seeking a better connection to and experience of peace, harmony, and fun in every bit of life. I’m single, quite good at it, and mostly love it. I’m here for the conversations I get to have with you, which these days center on exploring the mystery and beauty of life, work, health, aging, and creative expression.
