It’s Wednesday and I’ve taken the morning as a relax and renewal time for myself. I decided not to go to a networking breakfast. I am chillin’. And for the ability to do that I am grateful.
I am so grateful I work for myself.
I am so grateful that I have supportive technology that works when it works. Which, thankfully, is much of the time.
I am so grateful that I have completed the design for the border print for my pa’u (skirt) for my ho’ike (graduation performance and party). The requirements were to create a design that is Hawaiian in nature and means something to me. I took this from one of my goddess books. The artist is Kate Nordstrom and the book is Goddesses for Every Season by Nancy Blair.
I am so grateful that Rowan, my witchster, is making the wood block for me and will help me with the printing. I am blessed.
I am very grateful that I have the money I need to meet my needs.
I am so grateful that I have a vacation planned for the week following the ho’ike. And that I have changed my thinking about giving up caffeine (which is my planned activity for this week away). My intention is that this detox will go fabulously and that I will feel fine and enjoy my time by the ocean.
I am so grateful for my spiritual path and my spiritual commitments.
I am so grateful for the communities in my life. My witch sisters. My AA family. My hula family. My family of choice and of origin. My sisters. My daughter. My dad.
I am grateful to be grateful. And to be committed to positive intention and thought. My card for today is the three of cups. Bonding. Family. Celebration. Woohoo!
