Gratitude. Sunny cool morning. Garden dirt under my fingernails. New seeds in the dirt. Unyummy plants yanked (Japanese spinach mustard). Fridge filled—filled!—with grilled corn; cherries, apricots, apriums; grilled asparagus; sautéed greens from my garden; salad greens from my garden. Deliciousness on every shelf!
More gratitude. Laundry going smoothly (someone jury-rigged the dryer with a big boulder holding it in just the right place so it runs). Stove fixed and paid for (now the oven ignites again). Inventiveness—I cooked a chicken on preheat and it came out delicious! Who needs a flame! New recipe—preheat chicken.
Even more gratitude. More ease in my body. Yippee!
And even more: Am doing really well with my multiple deadlines for myself. Am getting the work done! Yes! And it’s looking good. I think. I hope. I trust. I trust and then I trust some more.
Blessings shower upon me. I embrace and embody love in my thoughts, my words and my actions. What a glorious day!
