gratituesday 3/11

It’s a lovely morning and I’m grateful. Even if I’m annoyed with myself. Nice to have some compassion for my carelessness. Left for the gym with my driver’s license and gym card and AAA card in my pocket and didn’t zip up the pocket. Came home with only the AAA card. My brand new driver’s license. Sheesh.

I’m grateful that ID is all that’s momentarily lost. I’m holding the intention that they will be found at the gym when I drive over there in a few hours. And so it is!

I’m grateful for the Monday oldtimers’ AA meeting and being asked to speak at an upcoming meeting.

I’m grateful that my my giant shawl is almost complete!

I’m grateful that I’m willing to get a late-night workout in.

I’m grateful for slogging through reconciling my bank statements. Even when it’s difficult.

I’m grateful for laundry done, bed made, for tidiness and a life full of positive actions. Mostly. 🙂

Life is good and I am blessed. And so it is.

Sharing birthday and Day of the Dead happiness — a gift for you!

I’m a barely tamed hippie, sage, seasoned, sarcastic (not all the time any more, but still). I’m a mom, a daughter, sister, a neighbor, and a friend. I’ve been on this meandering journey — like you, probably — seeking a better connection to and experience of peace, harmony, and fun in every bit of life. I’m single, quite good at it, and mostly love it. I’m here for the conversations I get to have with you, which these days center on exploring the mystery and beauty of life, work, health, aging, and creative expression.
