gratituesday 4/1

I’m grateful to be alive and breathing this morning. That I was able to get more sleep last night. That my throat isn’t as raw. Begone begone begone this virus. You are not welcome here.

I am grateful for clients being so flexible with me. For appointments postponed. Hooray for kind people.

I am grateful for napping yesterday. For being able to catch some sleep propped up on the couch.

I am grateful for clothes laundered and food in the fridge and water drunk and yoga done and plenty of vitamin C and herbal remedies and lozenges in stock to treat this cold.

I’m grateful for morning gratitude practice. And online scrabble with family.

Today’s the first of the month. I’m grateful to be present, alive and on my way back to health.

Life is good and I am dancing to its rhythms. Blessed be.

Sharing birthday and Day of the Dead happiness — a gift for you!

I’m a barely tamed hippie, sage, seasoned, sarcastic (not all the time any more, but still). I’m a mom, a daughter, sister, a neighbor, and a friend. I’ve been on this meandering journey — like you, probably — seeking a better connection to and experience of peace, harmony, and fun in every bit of life. I’m single, quite good at it, and mostly love it. I’m here for the conversations I get to have with you, which these days center on exploring the mystery and beauty of life, work, health, aging, and creative expression.
