A re-branding, website, email newsletter, printed materials, and silkscreened tchotchkes collaboration
John Chakan and Kelly Marston asked Magnolias West to refresh their look for their sustainable summer camp. Together we created their new website (twice!) and create a suite of collateral with the new look: brochures, posters, ads, communications tools. I also produced a host of items for them like t-shirts, sweatshirts, camp chairs, flashlights, woven hats and more. Here’s what John had to say about our collaboration:
Working with Sue Kearney and Magnolias West has been a pleasure. Sue rebranded Plantation Camp for us with a new logo, updated fonts and color scheme; and created a new look for our website.
The site has worked well for us, so much so that two years later, when we were ready for an update (changing design and functionality, adding social networking channels), we came back to Sue for the major revise.
Sue is very skilled at assessing needs, integrating our ideas, and ultimately delivering a compelling and enrolling website—within our budget and on deadline! In addition, Sue’s strong project management skills served to keep us posted and on target throughout the process; we never had to wonder about the project’s status.
There have been great concrete results: the site works well for existing families as well as serving as an effective enrollment tool for new campers. And the look and website get rave reviews!
